Due to the nature of the event, after a 10 minute grace period your appointment will be canceled and complete payment is still owed. If you desire to cancel, you may do so up to a week prior to the event. All deposits and payments  are non-refundable. No exceptions. 


Unfortunately , no extra attendees - including children - are allowed at the time of your appointment to ensure safety and efficient service.
